Terms of Service

Welcome to Lux-Limos & Co. By booking a reservation or using our services, you (the "Renter") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Lux-Limos & Co.

1. Booking, Deposits, and Payments

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation date and time.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
  • Overtime: Any time used beyond the scheduled rental period will be billed in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate of the reserved vehicle.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will not incur additional charges, but the initial deposit remains non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will be charged the full total amount of the scheduled rental.

3. Passenger Conduct and Damages

The Renter assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental by them or any members of their party. Fees will be assessed to the credit card on file for the following:

  • Excessive Cleaning / Vomit Fee: $250.00 minimum per incident.
  • Smoking: ALL of our vehicles are strictly non-smoking (including vaping). A $200.00 fee will be charged if smoking occurs.
  • Physical Damage: Rips, burns, or tears to upholstery, broken electronics, or exterior damage will be billed at the actual cost of repair plus any lost revenue during downtime.

4. Alcohol and Illegal Substances

  • Alcohol is permitted on board ONLY if all passengers are 21 years of age or older. (BYOB).
  • If any passengers are under 21 (e.g., Proms or Graduations), absolutely NO alcohol is allowed on board. If underage drinking is discovered, the trip will be terminated immediately with no refund.
  • Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. The driver has the right to terminate the ride immediately without refund if illegal substances are present.

5. Delays and Liability

  • Lux-Limos is not liable for delays caused by unpredictable traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or mechanical breakdowns. In the rare event of a mechanical failure, we will provide a replacement vehicle or a prorated refund.
  • We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during or after the rental.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade or Broward County.
